So im not here to draw in all the intel headstrong people but im just curious is it possible to build a Mitx amd machine for gaming? thanks for all that answer

more like bf3 wow crysis that kinda stuff i wanted a mitx but i kept having a hard time finding a good mobo for amd and im probable gonna put a 7800 series gpu in it so what amd cpu and mobo would be a good fit for it?
 



The only AMD mini-ITX boards I can find are FM2 , so the most powerful processor you could use would be the A10 5800K

Add a 2x4 gig kit of 1866 Mhz memory and you have the basis for a midrange gamer even without a graphics card .

Alternatively, they could get the A10 and a midrange Radeon card that could run in asymmetrical crossfire with the IGP. That would get very good performance for the money. I think right now the only card that crossfires with the A10 is the HD 6670, but someone should double check that.
