Black ops 2 crashes on startup

well the title says it all my BO2 crashes on start.. when i start the game on steam my computer crashes .. and restarts.. i tryed to reinstall it and download new upgrades to my drivers and so but it still wont work without crashing......

you did not list the system hardware or software...
give all the details.
But basically, if you are playing a game over the internet without a dedicated connection, or on a wireless connection, you can not expect an accurate high speed communication.
Other than that, your hardware can make a difference, the software, and the security, the speed of the connection, etc...
