i want to buy SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition - 2 GB GDDR5

will CORSAIR CX500 80 PLUS - 500W be ok for this GPU?

That's a good power supply and should be enough for that card unless you have a bunch of hard drives and other accessories. It's not enough to crossfire 2 cards or overclock very much.
