They are compatible but if you are getting a 2500K, you'll need either a P67/Z68/Z75/Z77 motherboard for overclocking. If you are not overclocking, it's better to get the i5-3470 unless the 2500K is significantly cheaper.
Other than that, the rest of the specs are fine. No compatibility issues. Make sure the video cards fits in the case. I'm sure it will but double check that. See the manufacturers website for dimension details.
B75 motherboards prohibit access to the multiplier so if you're buying the 2500K you will want one of the aforementioned motherboards. Better would be to get the 3570K which isn't much more and is based on newer architecture.
