Can this build run most modern games on high-ultra settings

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7950
8 GB 1866 ram

True, it misses the monitor resolution, i presume it's a 1080p one.
If so yes, in most games you can have good fps maxout @1080p, some, though, you'll have to lower some settings(far cry 3, assassins creed 3,etc)
