HDMI output fuzzy display

Hello Everyone,

I'm very new to the HDMI to TV display, so I'll try my best to explain what is happening as I do not know what the proper terms are or how to find the answer to my problem.

Right now, I'm using a very old desktop that I got for free, and in the desktop is a evga 210 gfx, specifically for playing videos. Now that I have a better computer, I have moved this computer to the family room were I decided to hook it up to a CinemaVision television by Panasonic.

At first, the display was pretty good on the Television, however, I notice that there was no sound. So I tried messing with the nividia driver, trying to work with the sound. After trying some options (most likely running the wizard), the Television has become very fuzzy to the point were I cannot make out anything (actually, the fuzziness is damaging my tv).

I can choose to clone what my monitor see's and my tv would display the same thing without any fuzz and what not, but the whole point is to just make my tv as the display device solely without it needed to be a clone of a monitor as I have plans for the monitor for another computer.

Hopefully I wasn't too confusing, and if i was, please asked questions.
