First time build advice

This is my first build and I did not know the difference between a windows full and a windows OEM?

Do I need a sound board if I only plan on using simple speakers?

Should I steer clear of opened box parts to save a buck or are they okay?

Anything cheaper/better then what I have so far?

OEM is designed for new system builds, and is tied to the mobo it is first installed on.

No.

STEER VERY, VERY CLEAR

Anything cheaper/better then what I have so far?

Get low profile RAM, without heat spreaders, like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231544 , the spreaders can create a space crunch around your cpu cooler sometimes.

I don't know much about Intel SSD's, I really like OCZ Vertex 4's and, of course, Samsung 840 pros.

I know nothing about monitors, so, yeah....

Basically, though, it looks like a solid build.
