Rallisport Challenge Trial Game

I have never downloaded a game before and tried to do this one. Download
seemed to work but when I tried to open the game nothing happened, just a
window showing some information about directx etc. I followed instructions
re dxdiag in run and made some changes re graphics etc. still not working.
Should I uninstall this ???? or is it possible I did something wrong?
