Please help me to delete corrupted file?

Hello, I was having troubles with deleting some files and folders in windows 7, I used a software called longpath. It works fine. Do I have any other options to do that thing? Or is it ok to be with longpath? Anyone over here tried that thing? This tool has more options too. Any ideas please?

It would be better to manually delete the files by locating them. OR uninstall the programs from Add/Remove option.
