Opinion on new build

I had just recieved the parts for my build the other day and have pretty much assembled it. It was the first time i built a tower inside of buying one. I was on a pretty tight budget so i spent about $400 on it total. I will mainly use it for homework and some games like Runescape. What do you guys think? (taking account of the small budget)

I would have dropped the SSD and got a better GPU.
