Nvidia Quadro FX 4600 documentation

I purchased a refurb Quadro FX 4600 graphics card to repolace the Quadro FX 1700 in my Dell Precision T7400 workstation. No documentation or cables were included.

I tried installing the new card but no signal to the monitor and a high frequency tone from the card tells this retiree there must be more to this. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
