I don't want to go any higher than this price (in fact, if anyone can suggest how to lower the price, it would be much appreciated). And don't tell me to not go with mini-itx, because that is part of the fun of this build for me.

If you want to stay with a mini itx build, it's fine, though, i'd get the corsair CX500 for the 7870 tahiti le, it's not that much, 39.99$ after mir : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027&Tpk=corsair%20cx%20500

Since you want a mini itx build, yes, it's good, the card fits the case, and it's a good card for the money.
