please tell me if worth to buy this one for crysis 3, battlefield 3 and the games for the next 2-3 years. the price is about 720 euro (about 500 pounds)

i see some wrong parts in the list

Intel Ivy 3. I5-3470 @ bis 4x4.200 Mhz OC --> actually you cant OC 3470, the i5 3570K is OCable

Mainbaord MSI Z77A PCI-Express 3.0 ----> if you dont want OC, get h77 for less price

630 Watt Thermaltake 80+ Germany ---> not good choice, get seasonix/xfx psu for quality

A bit incorrect.
You CAN overclock an i5 3470.
Its alot harder to Overclock though, so its commonly said that processors without a K at the end of it can't be overclocked, its just a myth, any processor can be overclocked, Its all about doing it right though.
Otherwise, you look solid. OP, Follow his advice.
