Cheap HTPC upgrade ???

Hi,

I currently have HTPC build with E35M1-M 8Gb ram 64Gb SSD + 1Tb WD Caviar Green and 350 W psu in MS-TECH 1200 case with IR remote...
I recently bought Radeon 7750 Gb DDR5 low profile ..
I was wondering if a budget of 130€ for:

- Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
-AMD Athlon II X4 640 3GHz
-zalaman 8900 quiet low profile cooler

will greatly improve my system ?
or should i just stay with E35M1-M and Radeon 7750...

So what do you want to do with this system that you can't do with the E350? If it is currently working, then don't fix what ain't broke.

It just a hunch that some games might not work as good as with some boost....

Benchmarks for E350 are crazy low.... low/mid range http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_lookup.php?cpu=AMD+E-350

and for Athlon II X4 640 quite high.... high range http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Athlon+II+X4+640
