I have compared to buying a PC prebuilt, I do almost anything you can do on a computer, from coding to gaming, to design, mapping and modding for games, GAMING, etc. I have found that it's a lot cheaper to just build my own PC.. I don't know what parts to get, but I went on newegg.com and found what I wanted, I want someone to look it over and tell me what is wrong with it, or if its fine.. things like that, I did all the work for you by doing links and pricing, I just need to know if this combination of part will work, if not, what will? Thanks!:

You can get cheaper parts in ncix us(it offers free shipping with 100$ in the cart), also for gaming a 640 gt won't be suffice, it's a really low end card, that cooler master psu is terrible, my suggestion :

Processor: AMD FX-8350 8 Core Processor $189.99
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO $29.99 after mir
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 $124.62 after mir
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu Black Series 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600 $69.99
Graphics Card: PowerColor 7870 MYST. Edition $239.99
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6GB/S $69.99
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 ATX Tower Case Black Pearl $79.99
Power Supply: XFX 550W PRO550W Core Edition $53.99 after mir
DVD Burner: SAMSUNG DVD Burner 24X $15.99
Monitor: ASUS VS239H-P 23-Inch Full-HD LED IPS $166.99 after mir

Total : 1041.53$ after mir.

This includes all the stuff, with a quality psu and a good card for gaming.

Only I would add or remove rather is you don't need 16gig of memory go with 8 (2X8) and save like $20-30. The Case is more a personal choice so you can with the one you wanted and probably should be ok and save another $20. Now the CPU cooler if you don't plan to OC at all and you don't live a hot area (including summer) I don't think you need a the CPU cooler the stock cooler should be fine. However it maybe louder that the cool master.

Alright, so these parts will all work together correct? I did search on the graphics card you rec, and Its beast, but Im not sure how much dedicated RAM it has.. I wanted a card that had at least 2GB dedicated video RAM. Ill do that suggestion with the monitor as well, you've been a great help..
