Is the Intel HD 4000 better than GT 220?

I would probably say the GT 220. Intel's integrated graphics aren't that excellent... what's the computer going to be used for?

GT 220 is a little better than HD4000.
And getting a Dedicated GPU is always better than Integrated.

But running games through even that card is hard.
It will run most games on Lowest possible settings that too around 20-30fps max... :lol;
