i am building my own pc and i want to know which is better:

SAPPHIRE 100355-1GOCL Radeon HD 7850 1GB:

or

PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 1GB:

I will be playing borderlands 2 and shogun 2 thnx

p.s price counts so if your giving me another gpu that is more expensive then it has to be below $200

I would take a serious look at this gtx660 card it after rebates goes below 200 dollars. With you playing borderlands 2 I can tell you the difference between using physx in that game and not is huge in terms of visual showcasing.

low is all you can get with a ati card and it will be ran by your cpu well i take that back you can get up to medium but that would be all on your cpu and it will drag your performance way down. (for medium you have to do something special to get it to work)

If i decide to get a gtx card i will be getting the 650 because i live in canada so its costs more. so is the 650 ti better than the hd 7850? and does it use physx?

Oh well look on newegg canada. Only nvidia cards use physx that is correct. Canada prices are a little smaller in terms of pricing here is a 660 card at ncix

http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=76163&vpn=GV-N660OC-2GD&manufacture=Gigabyte

here is a link of where you can get the canadian pricing of 660 cards

here is a super cheap 650Ti from ASUS
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121669&nm_mc=AFC-C8junctionCA&cm_mmc=AFC-C8JunctionCA-_-Video+Cards-_-ASUS-_-14121669&AID=10592396&PID=3938566

and the link I used to find the cards for the 650 Ti's

The 650Ti holds up well against the 7850 in most games. I would use this benchmark as a basis of comparing but with a open eye that with drivers things may have changed. In games that AMD has historically done well on the 7850 does better however in most games the 650Ti holds its own. And you get physx in the process and borderlands 2 uses that as well as other games.
