Help on Graphics Card Upgrade.

I have a HP Compaq dc7700 Small Form Factor.

HP Website

I'm not quite sure how to base a upgrade on my current information. I don't want my power supply to over heat. The power supply says 240w Max. Im looking to upgrade to best the graphics card possible. Any help is very appreciated.

I read the manual a little bit and it says

"You can install a PCI Express x1, x4, x8, or x16 expansion card in the PCI Express x16
expansion slot."
