Saphire 7870

Im about to buy this but im really curious why the top one is so much cheaper i dont see any differences other then price and the effective memory clock which doesnt make sense.

  1. Because the cheaper one has problems see one of the customer opinions :


    Pros: 100fps Saints Row 3 on Ultra, when it works

    Cons: Crashes randomly, black screen

    Other Thoughts: Whoever said that if you have an SKU higher than 11199-03 you shouldn't have issues is incorrect. I have an SKU of 11199-19 and the card has serious problems. Probably won't buy from Sapphire again.

    the flex i believe has 2 bios settings that way if one goes bad you can switch to the other one and it is factory overclocked and by raising it by 50Mhz they think that it is worth $30 or more
