Hey guys I have 2 7950s in crossfire and one is running at the normal bus and bandwidth of 384bit and 240GB/s
but the other card is running at 32bit bus width and 20GB/s Bandwitch: The normal one The slow one

here are my system specs:
i7 3770K Stock (currently)
Asrock Extreme 4 Z77
2x 7950 Powercolor PCS+
8GB of Cosair Vengeance
OZC Agility 3 120GB

Any Ideas on how to fix up that bus speed?

Gpu set up look like this. 1x gpu=x16; 2x gpu=x16+x16=(x32); 3x gpu=x16+x8+x8=(x32); 4x gpu=x16+x8+x4+x4=(x32). so 2xgpu=4xgpu.
If the slow gpu is in x4 port u only get 25% of the speed.
insert both cards in x16 slot to get full speed .
