First of i am going to say i am new (n00b) to PC gaming and i was looking at a PC online pre-built.

Can this Run Battlefield 3??

The specs are:
AMD A8 5600K UNLOCKED Quad Core 3.4GHz Black Edition
8gb of RAM
Gigabyte All-in-one A55 AMD Chipset Motherboard
Integrated Graphics AMD Radeon HD7560D
1TB SATA3 7200rpm HDD

If you can comment if it can and what settings it can run

Yes, it will run.

Yeah it will run on a lower resolution if you really lower the settings.

If you can get something like a Pentium dual core with 4GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive and a HD 7750 you would get much better results at a comparable price.

They are having you on mate!!! it will run in HIGH settings

I doubt it, I have a GTX 460 and have to tone down a couple of settings so can't run it on ultra and none of the GPU's mentioned get anywhere near a GTX 460.

EDIT: And that's on BFBC2 now that I think about it, haven't even tried BF3 yet.

If you can't stand low-res and low textures, try changing the GPU, integrated cards don't work the best with gaming, it just depends on what one.

Swap over to a dedicated, when possible.
