MSI GTX 670 PE OC VS MSI GTX 660 Ti PE OC

So Basically which card is better? They both have the same Core clock: 1019/1097, Both have the Twin Forzr feature. So which is better the 670 or the 660 Ti (oh and also I need this computer to last and I really dont care for dollar to value)

Thats Old news now.
MSI has replaced every of those Defected cards from the Market.

Well they possibly fixed it on new production but I find it hard to believe they did a recall on all the products, I am sure there are bad models sitting in stock at some retailers. I don't recall seeing them mention anything about fixing it, just saying it was what made the card so great! And that dissatisfied users could just buy the lower non-PE model.
