I3-3220 With a PCI-3.0 Video card.

I wanted to ask a dumb question. If I have the following:
I3-3220 CPU, Gigabyte GA-B75M-HD3, with an ASUS Geforce GTX 650 Ti. I know that the I3 supports only PCI 2. So, will this just give me 2.0 performance, or will it bomb out on me?
