I am assuming that you are talking about MTS MBlaze Wireless Broadband. What I would do is make sure that you are in the coverage range (http://www.mtsindia.in/MBlaze/mts-coverge.html). Sometimes your modem will pickup a signal; however, it will be too week to actually pull information across. If it is at full signal strength, then i would say to try and re-install the drivers for the device. I apologize but I am not familiar with the carrier; however, usually they provide a program that is all encompassing, like AT&T. I would also re-install their program and see if that works as well.
