Problem with GTX 670 - DVI-D and HDMI not working

Hey there,

I recently acquired a GTX 670 and I am having some issues. I have 2 screens, but currently I can only use one. My main screen is working fine with a DVI-I cable.
But whenever I try to connect my second screen, with an HDMI or DVI-I cable, it stops working after a couple of seconds. Here's exactly what happens:
the screen works fine for a couple of seconds and then it turns black. Then it keeps turning from black to normal for a while and eventually it just stays as a black screen.

Also, when I have the second monitor plugged in, Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver crashes and it gets recovered repeatedly. The Nvidia driver only crashes when I have the second monitor plugged in.
