Graphics Card Getting Hot Help!

I run a 670 and i run GuildWars 2 all maxed graphics and the GPU temp gets around 50-60 no problem right, so i decided i wanted to keep my PC cooler and i bought a CPU cooler and hooked it up it was regular 70 down to 40 for boxing day sale i installed it and expected it to run cooler but i just bought saints row and my GPU is heating up to around 75 C and its starting to scare me i have Z11 Mid tower case and everything is 3-4 months old, any advice?

Oh I forgot to add idle it runs 30-35
