Dec 28, 2012, 11:45 PM
My PSU has 2 PCIe cables but I want to buy a card with 1 PCIe connection. Do I need a PSU with only 1 PCIe connector? Can I just use 1 PCIe cable with my current PSU?

Hi. No you don't need a PSU with only one PCI-E cable. You can just use one PCI-E cable on your current PSU and leave the second one alone.
