7970 launching catalyst control and driver issues.

New power color 7970.
In device manager it says the card's name but the driver is from windows and it says the memory is one gig not three..
I have installed the newest .Net framework and redone the driver and the framework with different versions literally since 7 AM this morning. I am on SP1 win7 x64. I'm stuck on what to do.
How do i get the "Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.Implementation' or one of its dependencies" message to not show up when I launch the catalyst control center and how to I get the correct drivers to show up?

definately bad, avoiding a clean install, uninstall all graphics and problem drivers, then windows update and include .net, then install the .net CCC driver, try WHQL for now, or just use a driver disk if included. Run GPU-Z and look the tab or "?" icon next 16 PCI-E @ 8.0 whclick on the run test, and see if the results are correct.
