Larger Graphics card = Faster Load on RAW files for photography?
Hey guys, my dad is a professional photographer, and he recently upgraded to a top of the line cannon professional series camera. It shoots massive Raw files that his 2 year old XPS studio 8100 has trouble loading quickly. Hes using a six core i7 processor and an radeon 8100 1 gig graphics card. My question to y'all is, will upgrading his graphics card increase the speed his computer is able to open those massive raw files? Sorry if this wasnt the proper area to ask this question.
