wasup, my girl friend just formatted her computer today but forgot what kind of sound card she have. I m trying the best i can to find her a sound card driver but i had failed. any one out there know how can i find out what kind of sound card she have ? i know she have a PCI.

Take the card out and do a Yahoo! search on any numbers you find on the card. Most cards have numbers right on the circuit board or on a sticker stuck to the circuit board.
