Keypad tones work & Vibrate works in fact everything else works just no
sound on any selected ringtones, Anyone got any ideas or experience of such
a fault. TIA Nige.

the keypad tones comes through the speaker.open the phone and check if
the ringer contacts at the battery teminals are clean, as well as the
ringer terminals on the chassis, because it tend to be stuck.if it
still doesn't work reflow or replace the ringer driver.if it's still
not ringing, load software

Does this happen when you receive an incoming call, or when you are
previewing the ringtones (or both)? is it possible you have the silent
profile activated, or have configured your active profile to make the tones
silent?
