Low fps

I just bought a msi 660 ti 3gb, and it only runs with 60 fps in skyrim!

Skyrim more depends on CPU.

if it runs constantly 60 fps, as poster above said, it likely an vsync (adaptive vsync) is on...

who really cares you getting 60fps not 30fps? anything above 35fps minimum is good
