So if add the 3570k and a Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7870 Graphics Card (2GB GDDR5, PCI-E) i should be good, what cheap power supply would u recommend, sorry for asking im just pretty clueless when it comes to power supplies, the 7870 wont have have any problems running BF3 on ultra will it?

Thanks again (Y)

They are getting a very playable 40 FPS , on ultra settings at 1920 x1200

Expect about 10% more fps at 1920 x 1080

and since these results are old drivers that have been improved a lot since release you can expect even more than that . AMD were saying about another 15% but others would know for sure how it worked out .

Looks like the later drivers will bring you very close to 60 fps

Good card that gigabyte windforce model . Im ordering one for myself next week

For Battlefield 3, on 1080p w/ Ultra, get at least a 7870 (Tahiti) or 660ti. That is if you want to reach 60 fps.

PSU: 500-550w is plenty assuming you won't SLI/Crossfire. Most reputable: Antec, Seasonic, Corsair.
