Hello, I am looking at upgrading my graphics card/RAM, and I was wondering if it was possible. Here are the specs: (PS, I'm away from home, so I don't know the exact specs, I will be back on Sunday)

Intel Processor at 2.0GHz
Intel 4 Series Graphics

I found a used Radeon 7950 on eBay for $50, so I was thinking of buying that and 4 GB of RAM. Is it possible?

Well it really depends, we need some more specs on your PC.

I recommend downloading Speccy, reviewing the information and posting it here for further assistance.

As I said, I'm away from home, so I can't use speccy at the moment. However, I have figured out the model so I can give you a full report. Here it is:

Motherboard Name
MSI: MS-7525
HP: Boston-GL6
Intel G31 Express
Memory slots: 2 DIMMS
Maximum memory: 4 GB* (2 x 2 GB)
*Actual available memory may be less
Front-side-bus (processor dependent)
800 MHz
Power output wattage
250 Watt
Expansion Slots
PCI: 1
PCI Express x16: 1
PCI Express x1: 2
Drive Bays
5.25" external: 2
3.5" external: 1
3.5" internal: 2
Primary Optical Drive
16X DVD(+/-)R/RW 12X RAM (+/-)R DL LightScribe SATA
Integrated Graphics (Intel GMA 3100)

Based on this info, I now know that my motherboard, correct me if I'm wrong, can handle PCI Express x16 Graphics. Based on this, I am also looking for a new PSU, suggestions?
