Hi, if you don't plan to overclock get the i5-3470 and a h77/z75 motherboard, in this case, it's a z75 because it's cheaper than a standard atx h77.

I want to keep the i5-3570k and the Rosewill case but could you recommend a really good video card thats cheaper and has the same spec as the one you just mentioned

Hi, the nzxt case is of quality and really solid case, with decent airflow and cable management, it's a mid end build, a high end would have a 7970 or 670 GTX as a gpu.
It all depends on your budget, i guess you made a new thread, which i listed the 650$ build.
