How does this system look?

Hey guys I've posted several threads about some things I needed to know for this build that I just couldn't find and your guys were a big help! I think I've got the finals down but wanted to give you all one last look for you to offer any suggestions that could save me money while keeping the same performance or that i could replace for the same amount and better performance let me know. This is my current setup I'm planning so if you have any input please comment!

Ram: 16GB 2400 Corsair Dominator (I know it may not be the best for the price but I really like the looks...)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233392

Fans:
-The four stock 140mm (1 in bottom, 1 as rear exhaust, 1 as the "GPU" fan, and 1 in the bottom front. My reason for these are they match the case and these are the most visible fans)

-Four 120mm Silverstone AP (to set up a push/pull on the H100i which will be in the top of the case and replace the stock cooler fans)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835220038

-Two 140mm Noctua (1 in the last spot at the top next to H100i and 1 as the top front fan)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608017

Other Stuff:
-Thermal Paste: Arctic Silver 5- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100007

-Toolkit: (I really don't have many tools... Does this have everything I'll need?) Rosewill 45 pc kit- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16899261003

I know I said some unnecessary things like the toolkit and thermal paste but I wanted to make sure that absolutely everything looks good! I've spent awhile picking out all of this and scrapped many ideas! If you have anything to say or need any more info let me know! And thanks so much for all your help!!

The thermal paste is completely unnecessary because the one that comes with your heat sink is perfectly good. What is your use for the system? If it's just gaming, grab an ASrock Z77 Extreme4. No need for 16gb of ram, 8gb is fine. The AX860i is a bit too much, your 680 would run fine on a 750w. You should get the Seasonic X-750 instead. The Silverstone Air Penetrators are great fans but I would get the Noctua F12s instead. Noctua has also recently released a new "A" series of fans. The A-14 FLX is the new successor to the old Noctua P14 FLX.
  2. By the way you only need a "plus" head screw driver to assembly your system.
  3. Okay thanks guys ill look at those. And do I need one of the static wrist things? Is that a real danger or is me touching something metal before good enough as long as I don't shuffle around on a carpet in between? Haha
  4. I suggest the NZXT Sentry II For the fan controller... Touchscreen and has temperature readouts. I have it in my case and I am quite pleased :)
  5. The power supply is pretty expensive... If your buying it soon this one is on sale for $150 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151102

Its basically the best of the best.
  6. No need to worry about static. Just touch the metal of your pc case or power supply when it's plugged in. I also have the NZXT Sentry II controller and it's awesome. Easy to use and looks epic. I didn't know that PSU was on sale. Hurry and grab it while you can.
