Windows update problem

I have a reccuring problem, I build alot of computers every week. And when I do the windows update over the internet it takes hours and hours on our slow 56K phone lines... My question is, does any one know of a way to download all the updates so I can burn them on a CD and use them on other computers. I have tried looking for the files that get downloaded from the update but can never seem to find them, they must get deleted after the auto install reboots the machine. I am mainly use win98SE and Win XP home.....
Any clues?
