New build not turning on.

My homebuilt Pc was working fine untill today. I was browsing the internet and it just switched off. The pc will turn on if I remove the power cables from the graphics card and it also turns on if it has only one power cable in the graphics, but when two are in it won't switch on at all.

My pc spes are:
Msi twin frozr III 7950
AMD FX6100 Cpu
Gigabyte 990XA-UXD3
Seagate hard drive
OCZ SSD
8GB DDR3 Kingston Hyper X Ram
Cooler master HAF 912 case

Any help would be really appreciated.

It's an 800 watt Psu with 32 amps on the 12 volt rail

What is the PSU exactly? i.e the manufacturer.

It's a EZcool PS-200 its never had an issue before it ran fine whilst under load from playing games.

I had a feeling it was the psu I just needed a second opinion. The graphics card is only 2 months old.

Yup, with that make it definitely sounds like it's gonna be the PSU.
