New build not turning on.

My homebuilt Pc was working fine untill today. I was browsing the internet and it just switched off. The pc will turn on if I remove the power cables from the graphics card and it also turns on if it has only one power cable in the graphics, but when two are in it won't switch on at all.
My pc spes are:
Msi twin frozr III 7950
AMD FX6100 Cpu
Gigabyte 990XA-UXD3
Seagate hard drive
OCZ SSD
8GB DDR3 Kingston Hyper X Ram
Cooler master HAF 912 case
Any help would be really appreciated.
