Yeah second one is definitely better, especially if you game a lot on your PC. You need that extra graphics in trade of the CPU. But you could upgrade to a 3570K and OC it to get even better performance over the 3470. But keep in mine it's more costly and you have to buy a CPU cooler, unless you want to OC to like 3.8 only.
