How to connect internet in wispro mini laptop

hello i want to connect my mini wespro laptop wiht internet through dingle,but i cant please help me how to connect ?

Kalpesh, welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Go to Control Panel ---> Network and Sharing Center.

Then setup a new connection. After doing this, click on the "Connect to a network" - follow directions.
