I need a case fan that will keep my case nice and chill. I am willing to to pay up to $50 for a fan(s)

You have one fan in the front (intake) and one at the back(exhaust). You don;t really need any more. You could get a top mounted (exhaust) fan but it isn't really needed.

You don't need a million fans to keep the airflow correct like many people think.

Your build should be fine in this case with the stock fans. If is really bothers you, you can add a top exhaust fan. It won't really be needed though.
