The DVL-919 is a LASERDISC, CD and DVD player. It features composite
and S-VIDEO out for the laserdisc and component (Y Cb Cr) out for the
DVD player. It will play both analogue and digital tracks off of a
laserdisc, as well as read the modulated AC-3/Dolby Digital signal
stored on one of the analogue tracks (dolby 5.1/6.1). This unit
is clean and operates perfectly. I am a non-smoker and meticulous
about keep a dust free home. I have a very specific laserdisc
collection and have never rented or played a rented disc in this
player.
