Any suggestions on where I can buy fair but inexpensive cases with at least 300W? A side fan would be nice but can be added later. These are just for clients who do basic things, no need for fancy.

Find a place locally that sells them. No sense buying online unless you're getting a $150+ Lian-Li or something.
