I recently(3 days ago) installed the overclocked edition of Sapphire's HD 7750,I play games like NFS The Run,Most Wanted 2012,Far Cry2,3 at resolutions of 1280*768 with medium-high graphic settings, the games themselves run fine but the CPU meter reads at a constant 95-99% usage and the fans start spinning rapidly,is this a normal thing then??if it isn't,what do you think might be causing it?

My PC's specs
AMD Phenom 2 X2 550,3.1 Ghz
2*2 GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
450 W PSU
Sapphire HD 7750,950 Mhz,1 gb GDDR5- (http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1159&lid=1&pid=1501&leg=0)

Thanks

Maybe the CPU is getting too hot, is the cooler clean? There's a good chance the CPU is just trying to "keep up" honestly. You'd probably benefit from a better processor though, those Phenoms are becoming outdated and are capable of bottlenecking, even slightly, a 7750.

well if heat was the issue then it would eventually reach to 95-99% wouldn't it??but this happens instantly,as soon as I start the game.... I'm wondering if the overclock is the issue...
