What he is saying is the 7750 is plenty for that resolution, it will save you money, and will run on (almost) any psu as it doesn't require an auxiliary power pin.

Oh and don't use that hardware compare tool, it uses theoretical measurements. In real life performance the 650ti demolishes the 550ti http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/541?vs=680
