Monitor help.

Recently got a Samsung SA100 monitor (I think). Anyway, when I set it up, there was a black bar going across the bottom of the monitor. Wondering how do I fix this?

Win7
EVGA gtx 650ti
8Gb ram
1tb hard drive

Perhaps you could fix it by adjusting the resolution to 1366 x 768 at nVidia Control Panel.

I've tried all of that. Didn't work for me..
