Add up all the parts and plan to sell for 30-50% of that.

He is saying it's brand new. I would say that you could get as much as you paid for it or even more. I am unable to see how he should only demand 30-50% of what he paid.

There are people here selling used GPU's for 85% of their current price lol.

Theres some labor involved in it's a pretty decent built. You could definitely get what it cost you or even a little bit more.

You get what you pay for. Why would I pay new prices to him when I have no idea if the parts work? Who do I return them to? Warranties? you see the problem.
