Xbox motherboard in a HTPC case?

You would probably have to modify the case to accept whatever mounting holes would be used the Xbox motherboard. Also depending on how the HDD is connected there may be issues there.
Also the rear I/O I doubt will line up with the cases I/O, will also have to figure something out there, perhaps connect cabling internally. Could also USB extension cables to run those outside the case, or female USB - Internal adapters, that way you could even hook up the cases front USB to the motherboard.

I don't see why you couldn't do it. Would require a lot of time and thought, but I can see it being done.
