Hello,
EVERYTIME I GO TO BOOT UP MY HP A LOT OF WORDS ,LETTERS AND SYMBOLS COMES UP THEN STOPS WITH CURBWHEN I TYPE BESIDES CRUB IT SAYS ERROR32 COMAND NOT FOUND
CAN YOU PLEAS HELP ME PL!!!!

Try a Factory Recovery. Turn on the computer and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly , about once every second, until Recovery Manager opens.

Factory Recovery will wipe all existing data from the hard drive, so I hope you backed up your data when your laptop was working properly.
