Will this graphics card do?

Ok, so basically what i want to know is whether or not this graphics card will be a worthwhile buy http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/AMD_Series/EAH6450_S.... I want to get it as an upgrade for my Hp Pavilion a6637c (Specs here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Docume...) Anyway, i also wanted to know if this graphics card can handle games like Skyrim or maybe even Battlefield 3. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
